Games

Games I've built with passion and AI assistance.

Growing up in the golden age of arcade games and 8-bit consoles, I always dreamed of creating my own games. Back then, the tools and knowledge seemed impossibly out of reach. Fast forward to today, and AI-assisted development has made that childhood dream a reality.

These aren't just tech demos or prototypes. They're fully playable, polished games that I've designed, developed, and shipped. Each one is a labor of love, blending retro aesthetics with modern gameplay and production values.

From arcade survival challenges to classic card games optimized for mobile, these projects represent what happens when nostalgia meets modern development tools. Dive in and play!

Radial Drift

Radial Drift is a premium arcade survival game built on a single, unforgiving mechanic: one finger, one mistake ends the run.

Rotate your shield with intuitive swipe controls to defend your core against escalating waves of enemies. This isn't about reflexes alone—it's about pattern recognition, anticipation, and precision timing. Chain reactions reward tight timing, and instant restarts keep you in the flow.

Clean geometry meets explosive neon visuals, paired with an original EDM/Trance soundtrack featuring 20 full tracks. The intensity escalates the longer you survive.

Features

  • Three game modes: Standard, Survival, and Practice
  • Diverse enemy types that multiply chaos and test precision
  • 20 original EDM/Trance tracks by DJ FL-AI
  • Premium: no ads, no in-app purchases, no subscriptions
  • Pure skill-based gameplay—no grinding, no progression systems

Available now for iOS, Android, and macOS.

Deadfall

Deadfall is a childhood dream finally brought to life.

I grew up with 8-bit and 16-bit computers and consoles, always wishing I could make my own game, but back then, the skills and tools simply weren't accessible. Thanks to AI-assisted coding, that dream is now real.

Deadfall is a love letter to late-1980s arcade games: tough, fast, and unapologetically retro. Think of it as a game that could have existed in another timeline. This was not exactly one-shotted. I poured many, many hours into this.

Features

  • 10 hand-crafted levels (Level 7 and up are brutal, fair warning)
  • AI-assisted, heavily hand-edited sprites
  • Hand-crafted animations, sophisticated particle effects and other visual polish
  • Authentic late-'80s graphics, music, and sound
  • True arcade-style gameplay

Deadfall is now available for Windows and Mac.

Rummy 500 Game

This may very well be the first Rummy 500 game that actually works on mobile phones rather than just tablets and laptops. Over 6 months in the making, I've managed to create a truly enjoyable Rummy 500 game with a UX that actually works even on the small screen of a mobile phone. This started out as something I wanted to build for my wife, with whom I play this game regularly.

Even if you don't know how to play the game, the home screen includes a link to a page that explains the rules. The interface is optimized for mobile play, with intuitive card management and clear game flow that makes sense on any screen size.

When playing on your phone, use the 'add to homescreen' feature to place it on your phone as a full screen web app. You'll need the screen estate to show everything properly. This transforms the experience into a native-like app that feels right at home on your device.

I hope you enjoy!

Stack Overflow Classic Blocks Game

Stack Overflow is a SNES style retro rendition of the classic falling blocks game we all love. I built this game as an exercise trying to build a truly polished game with all bells and whistles one would expect, in true early 1990s 16-bit console style. It was a very fun and rewarding exercise.

Game features

  • Realistic CRT TV like rendering using OpenGL shaders
  • 256x224 pixel native rendering just like a Super Nintendo Entertainment System
  • Chiptune inspired background tracks
  • Pixel everything (backdrops, blocks, block crush animations, title screen, more...)
  • 8-bit inspired sound effects
  • A cool 'space exploration' theme. Can you make it to the edge of the galaxy?
  • "Advanced" mode which adds new block types for a fresh variation on the classic gameplay

This game was built with Augment Code and various other AI tools for graphics and audio.
